- You need 1 of big handful Bean Sprouts.
- It's 400 g of Fresh Chinese Egg noodles.
- Prepare 2 tbs of rice bran oil.
- You need 2 tbs of Hoisin sauce.
- Prepare 3 tbs of Thai Seasoning soya sauce.
- You need 1 cup of chicken/beef stock with 1 cubed stock.
- It's 1/2 tbs of sesame seeds oil.
- It's 1 tbs of sesame seeds toasted on top.
- Prepare 1 of green/spring onion diced to spread on top centre.

- Prepare 1 of fresh tomato sliced & cucumber sliced on top side.

- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and spreading out and cook 5-6 minutes or until the the meat juices evaporate and the beef start to brown, toss it around..
- Add the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the garlic and stir-fry for another 20 seconds. Then add the Wombok cabbage and stir-fry for another 20 seconds. Then toss through the carrot until it's just wilted. Turn the heat off and set aside..
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling water for 1 minute with a pinch of salt, cook until just al dente. Drain. In a wok, turn heat on high, add the Hoisin sauce, Thai seasoning sauce and put back the cooked Beef and the cooked Egg noodles, add 1 cup of Beef/Chicken stock.
