  6. It's 1 Teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.
  7. Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Chicken masala powder.
  8. It's 1 of Tomato (small/ medium).
  9. It's To Taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  11. You need 1/4 Teaspoon of Chilli powder.
  12. It's 2 of Eggs.
  13. You need 2 Tablespoons of Oil.
  14. Prepare 3 Sprigs of Cilantro leaves.

  6. Add the roughly torn parotta pieces and stir fry on high heat for a few minutes..
  7. Break eggs and add it to the pan. Scramble thoroughly until the eggs are cooked and mixed with the Parottas..
  8. Cook for another couple of minutes on medium heat..
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves..
  10. Serve with Raita. (Though I like it without raita).
