  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of fish sauce.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of canola oil.
  5. It's 1/2 lb of oyster mushrooms.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of white pepper.
  8. You need 1/2 lb of pea sprouts or pea tops.

Sauteed Pea Sproutsand Oyster Mushrooms (Heart Smart Chinese Cooking) step by step

  1. Mix together fish sauce, 3/4 c of stock and corn starch and set aside..
  2. In wok, heat oil over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and saute for 2mins., or until mushrooms are soft..

  4. Season with white pepper..
  5. Remove mushrooms and keep warm..
