- Prepare 1/3 cup of gram flour.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped.

- It's 2 tbsp of soaked chickpea.
- It's 1 of egg.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.

Chicken Vada South Indian Style step by step
- Add chicken to a mixer-grinder & grind the chicken coarsely.
- Transfer the ground chicken into a bowl, then add egg, gram flour, chickpea, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, coriander leaves & mix them well..
- Grease little oil in palms, take about 2 tbsp vada mixture & make it in a form of round ball. Make all the vadas' in this process with the rest of the mixture.
