- Preheat oven to 350dgr F and bring pot of water to boil.
- Heat butter in sauce pan on medium heat and whisk in butter, cook for 3 min and add in all seasonings besides salt for pasta.
- Add salt to taste and pasta to big pot of water and cook for 7 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking slowly add in 1 cup of milk while wisking to make it smooth, add in cream cheese that you cut up into chunks (it melts faster) add in rest of milk..
- When milk and cream cheese is at a thick consistency add in you buffalo sauce and shredded cheese, then add in shredded chicken..
- Drain pasta then add cheese to pasta and after all is combined, spread in 9X13 pan. Drizzle extra buffalo sauce on top and then add panko bread crumbs for crunch..
