This is the chicken curry which we make on most of the occasion, when there is parties, functions or regular weekends. Chicken kolambu came out very good. I did add more rice and pottu-kadalai as my wife likes kolambu to be like gravy. We tried it with Idly and it was tasty. This method is Horrible, I love more kolambu but after trying this I lost interest totally, please remove this recipe.
