  1. Prepare 1 bunch of green bananas peeled and cleaned.
  2. It's 10 pcs of large potatoes peeled and cleaned.
  3. Prepare 1 glass of garden peas blanched.

  5. You need 2 of red onions chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 of medium ginger crushed or grated.

  1. In a large pot cook in medium heat the chopped onions till soft,add in garlic and ginger until fragrant stirring to avoid sticking..
  2. After 3 minutes add all the spices cook until well mixed and wait for aroma to be released..
  3. Now add in the chopped tomatoes cook for 2 minutes and add the tomato paste,your sauce should resemble mine.
  4. Now add the diced potatoes,bananas,garden peas,carrots, cook for 5 minutes turning to avoid sticking but to also give timr for the vegetables to absorb all flavours,your dish should be looking like mine now.
  5. At this point introduce your liquid either water or stock to make it saucy,finish with coriander and season with salt n pepper.
